Mr. Atul Sundra is a visionary leader and the guiding force behind the project, bringing extensive experience from his long tenure in the manufacturing and retail sector, including a flagship boutique on the high street of Sector 17, Chandigarh. In 2007, he transitioned into real estate, successfully establishing the Hometel Hotel in Chandigarh and developing farms in Bangalore. His background in fashion has uniquely positioned him within the real estate industry, enabling him to prioritize quality materials and exceptional design, thereby setting a high standard for craftsmanship.

Mr. Arnav Sundra

Mr. Arnav Sundra is a dynamic and passionate young entrepreneur who, driven by strong work ethics and a commitment to delivering seamless value to clients, has launched his first homegrown real estate brand. A law graduate from Punjab University, Chandigarh, Mr. Sundra expertly combines his legal knowledge with commercial acumen, providing him with a deep understanding of real estate laws. He is actively involved in sales and development at Gateway Homes, maintaining a focus on fundamentals to elevate the project to new heights.
