2. Monthly Maintenance Charges @ Rs. 1500/-+GST shall be payable at the time of offer of possession. Advance maintenance for first year along with PDC’s for subsequent two years.
3. Prices mentioned above are subject to revision without any prior notice, at the discretion of the developer. Prices prevailing on the date of acceptance of booking by the company shall be applicable.
